When you first contact us we will obtain some general information to be able to transport your loved one to our facility. It is important for us to know at this time whether there are any pre-arrangements with us on file. We will schedule a date and time for you to meet at our office. If you are far from us at the time of death then you may assign someone to act on your behalf or we can arrange to email or fax documents to you to sign.
