Deepest condolences to Rick's family and friends. Rick and I shared many veterans parades and events. Very saddened to hear of his passing. RIP valiant warrior.

Our condolence to Rick’s immediate and extended family. Our most heartfelt sympathy to his loving friend, companion, confidant and devoted wife Donna. Rick was our dear friend, fellow comrade, mentor and partner in good times and through challenges. He leaves big boots to fill and a bigger footprint on the lives of all who knew, loved, and cared for him. He fought many battles in is life and time and in the end, his strong heart, brave soul, and stubborn will, gave way to his final rest. There will be an empty space at the helm of the Peacekeepers chapter, an empty chair at the corner table of the Legion Branch, an empty leadership roll on the war graves committee. A couple extra large and tall uniforms not easily filled. You will not be soon forgotten Richard. “At the going down of the sun, and in the morning, we will remember” May you rest in sweet peace and rise in glory, your loved ones await.
