Obituary of Robert Leonard Haiselden

HAISELDEN, ROBERT (BOB) Passed peacefully on 7 October 2025 in his 95th year. Beloved husband of Kathy, father of Jacqueline (son-in-law David) and Julie and stepfather to Christine and Lynne (son-in-law Joe), grandfather of nine and great-grandfather of four. Bob immigrated from the UK in his twenties with a young family, settled in London, Ontario and established a career in systems dynamics where he worked in the private sector and for himself for many years. He retired as a professor from Fanshawe College after twenty plus years of teaching. Bob was always a great kidder, quick to tell a joke or have a bad one-liner to share, always looking for a laugh. Much of his leisure time was spent playing sports, including at Huff & Puff London. He could also be found telling stories over a beer at the Byron Legion. Travel to Cuba, Florida and other sunny destinations was always a priority for Bob.
