Obituary of Glenn Anderson Froats

It is with profound sadness that the family announces the passing of Glenn Anderson Froats peacefully on November 16 in his 96th year. Predeceased by brothers Arthur and Gordon and cherished wife of 64 years Audrey Kathleen. Survived by brother Donald, sons Paul (Deborah), Terry (Carol Ann) and Mark (Yvette). Dear companion of Phyllis Smith for the last 8 years. He was loved and will be missed dearly by his 8 grandchildren Ashley (Joe), Courtney (Travis), Kimberley ( Kyle), Kristofer( Megan), Angela, Steven, Bradley, Liah and his 5 great-grandchildren Jack, Charlie, Eleanore, Mikayla, Brianna as well as his many friends and extended family. Donations in his memory may be made to Diabetes Canada or Richards Memorial United Church retirees. Many thanks go to the wonderful staff at LHSC who cared for him during his last days. Interment will happen at a later date for immediate family. There will be a memorial service held at Richards Memorial Church in London on Dec 13. Visitation at 12 noon, followed by a memorial service and a celebration of life immediately following the service.
