Obituary of Donna Faye Lockyer
Passed peacefully away at University Hospital, London, Ontario, in her 73rd year, with her devoted husband Brian by her side, Donna Faye Lockyer (nee Parsons). Predeceased by her son Brian Joseph (B.J.) Lockyer and her parents Earle and Ida Parsons of Hare Bay, NL. Leaving to mourn with loving memories, her son Rob Dicks, his children Adam Dicks and Megan Delaney and their mother Tammy, her sister Daphne Saunders (Charlie), their children Trina Romaniuk, Tanya McDonald (Travis) and grandchildren, special cousins Brenda Andrews, Yvonne Dawe, and special friend Noreen Saunders.
Also leaving to mourn sisters-in-law Beverley Green (Clifford), Marilyn Lockyer (Michael Wallace), brothers-in-law Carl Lockyer (Rosalind), Neville Lockyer (Marie), and their children and grandchildren, as well as children and grandchildren of her late brother-in-law Norman Lockyer.
We will be forever grateful for the exceptional care and compassion Donna received at the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit, Cardiac Care Level 5, and the Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit at University Hospital, London, ON. A very special thank-you to Dr. Patrick Teefy for his many years of extraordinary professional care and friendship.
Donna was an outstanding example of faith, hope and optimism. She will be ever remembered for her love of family and friends, her tenacity, professionalism, and sense of commitment. Donna will be forever loved and missed.
