Obituary of Mary Monaghan Gray

Mary Gray, (82), of London Ontario, died on April 28th,2026, at McGarrell Place peacefully surrounded by love ones. Mary was born on Oct. 7th, 1943, to William and Kathleen Nicol in Motherwell Scotland. She married the love of her life Eddie Gray on February 20th 1964 and they had (2) children, Leslie Gray and Craig Gray. She was preceded in death by her husband Edward Gray and her Mother & Father. Mary Gray is survived by her children Leslie Gray (David Camilleri) and Craig Gray (Sherry), her grandchildren, Meghan Statchuk, Connor Gray, Fiona Gray, and Callum Statchuk. Sister-in-law Isobel Gray, (Jason & Shona Gray). Brothers and Sisters in Scotland: George Nicol (Mary), Janet McDade (Peter), Thomas Nicol, Kathleen Rooney, William Nicol (Anne), Linda MacVicar (George), and many nieces and nephews. Also, many lifelong friends that came to visit her right till the end. Mary spent the last few years living at McGarrell Place in London Ontario. We cannot express how grateful we are for the care and love she received. A special thank you to Dr. Karen Lo. Our mother truly loved people and was known for spending her days visiting or hosting family and friends. In her honour, take some time to connect with those close to you.
