Obituary of Mick William Reed

Peacefully, as a result of a lengthy illness, passed at STEGH on April 30, 2026 in his 85th year. Son of the late Eleanor and Ben Reed and beloved husband of Sandra Reed. Dear Father of Ben Reed (Michelle Bell) of London, Ontario and Bob Reed (Caron Young-Henry) of London, Ontario. Step-Father of Sue Duffney (Tom Duffney) and Selina Greenslade. Loving Grandfather of Jordan Reed (Jessica Reed), Brad Reed, Maegan Cuthbert and Brooklyn Cuthbert. Step-Grandfather of Selina Duffney, Christopher Duffney, Garrett Curcio and Emma Greenslade. Great-Grandfather of Gracelynn, Genevieve Reed and Jayce Curcio. Brother of Bob Reed (Marty Reed) and Cheryl Smith. Mick was a mechanic for Mercedes Benz for over 44 years and was awarded best mechanic in all of Canada. In his later years, he started the Harley Davidson Sportster Club in which he was President. He loved fixing motorcycles as a hobby. Mick also had a passion for boxing and stock car racing and loved anything that had a motor. He will be sadly missed by his chihuahua “Jackson”.
