Obituary of Gwenda Pauline Grech

Peacefully, surrounded by family, Gwenda passed away at the Village of Glendale Crossing on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, just shy of her 88th birthday. Predeceased by her husband, Albert Grech, and her sisters, Kathleen and Josephine. She is survived by her brother, Stuart Dear mother of Margaret Rogers, Michael Rogers, and Patricia Rogers. Loving grandmother of eight grandchildren, including Jennifer McWhorter and Asha Craner, whom she lovingly helped raise, and cherished great-grandmother of thirteen great-grandchildren. Gwenda was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose greatest joy in life was her family. She loved spending time with those she loved and created many treasured memories through family dinners, playing cards with her grandchildren, and her passion for baking. She shared a particularly close bond with her great-grandsons Miguel and Mateo, who brought her immense pride and happiness. Her selflessness, kindness, and caring nature will be remembered by all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever held in the hearts of her family.
