Obituary of Elaine May Ireland

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Elaine May Ireland (nee Ollerton) on September 9,2021. Elaine was the beloved and cherished wife of Richard Ireland Sr, a devoted mum to Kim (Rob), Shawn (Laura) and Rick Jr. Elaine was a loving Nana to Hayley, Ricky, Mikayla, Tyler, Hudson and Kinley. Elaine and Richard were foster parents for 32 years and she was a foster mum to over 200 children. Elaine was also a wonderful aunt to many nieces and nephews. Elaine was a loyal and committed friend to many. Her friends had a special place in her heart. Elaine had a great sense of humour and was known for her quick wit and beautiful smile. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who knew her. At Elaine’s request, there will be no funeral services.
