Obituary of Sharon Rae Engel

Peacefully on October 3rd, 2021 in her 63rd year, surrounded by family, loving daughter of Marilyn (Engel) Clark and the late Gordon Engel as well as her late stepfather John Clark. Dearly missed by siblings Tracy (Kam) Abado, Paul (Debbie) Engel and Susan (Ted) Atkinson. Predeceased by sister Rosanne (Ron) Burdett. She treasured her nine nieces and nephews and six great nieces and nephews. Friends were truly blessed to be included as her family. Sharon's love of reading as a young child became her passion in life, from a summer job driving a book mobile in Huron County to her lifetime career of 41 years as a Library Assistant at the University of Western Ontario. She was a past member of the London Fanshawe Symphonic Chorus for many years and the Walking Club with the Running Room. Sharon was a lover of the theatre, line dancing and travel. Cremation has taken place. A private family Celebration of Life will be held.
