Obituary of Annie McCaffrey Stewart

STEWART, Annie – On Sunday December 12, 2021, Annie McCaffrey Stewart passed away peacefully at home in London, Ontario, Canada. Her two children, Gordon and Donna were at her side as she departed this world to be reunited with her beloved husband in the next life. Annie was born on October 1, 1939, in Glasgow, Scotland where she met her future husband, Donald. Annie and Donald immigrated to London, Ontario in 1967 with their young children and lived a happy and fulfilling life in their new homeland. Annie built a large network of close friends in London, but never lost touch with her family in Scotland, travelling “back home” regularly through the years. She was a spirited daughter of Glasgow who loved to travel and will be dearly missed by those who knew her. Annie was predeceased by her husband Donald (2010) and is survived her her brother David Blair; nieces Roslyn and Arlene; sisters-in-law Isabel Duffin and Rose Paterson; son Gordon; daughter Donna and grandchildren Tara and Dylan.
