I knew Bob from when I worked as a screener at Parkwood. He was the first Veteran I met, and I will never forget that day. Every day without failure, Bob would come by around the same time to say good morning, bring me a candy, and when his family would drop off his treats he would insist everytime that we share. No matter what it was he always had something for us to share. Bob was the most kind, genuine, and generous man, and he never failed to put a smile on my face everyday. Through his jokes and his singing, he brought such a bright light in to my life. People like Bob are what made my job what it was, so enjoyable. Spending time with Bob daily, he became like family for me and so many others. I will forever cherish the bond we had, and miss him more than words can tell. My heart goes out to his entire family, friends and loved ones. Rest In Peace Bob.

We were sincerely sadden to hear of Bobs passing. I worked with Bob for many years at Union Gas and we saw Bob and Marge often at the retirees functions that they loved to attend. Very sorry for your loss Janice, Karen and families. Now Bob is back with his love Marge. RIP Bob. Don and Marilyn Brockett
