Our deepest condolences go out to Billys partner Liz and his family. He was the kind of man hat you could always depend upon whenever you needed help. He never expected anything in return. We'll miss you Billy. May God rest your beautiful soul. We will always remeber you smile and your infectious laughter. See you on the other side some day.
