Stephen enjoyed curling, bowling and golf with Special Olympics. I was one of his golf coaches for the past 12 years. Stephen was witty, determined and always up for a challenge whenever we had a tournament. He was a regular for golf practice every Monday evening during the golf season. On July 18th, it was my pleasure to award him a silver medal for his second place finish in his division at a Special Olympics golf tournament at the Fox Golf Club. He had many friends and was well respected by his peers and coaches. Stephen’s golf buddies and coaches will honour him with a ceremonial first drive at our upcoming golf tournament later this month. Stephen will be missed but not forgotten,
