My deepest sympathy to Carolyn's husband and children, and her siblings as well. I met Carolyn back in 1978 and she was a beautiful soul. I have lovely memories of our talks and horse rides. She was a very good friend and I am certain that she touched a good many lives during her too short time here.

I worked alongside Carolyn in PCCU. Carolyn was truly a pleasure to work with. We had many great talks over that time. Her smile and laugh were infectious. My condolences to her family.

I’ve only known Carolyn with a perpetual smile on her face. Carolyn taught me many things and one was knitting on breaks during our nursing time together. Carolyn was a great person of faith, and it showed in her nursing and kindness to everyone . Our condolences to Tim and family as Carolyn’s loss we know is HUGE. I'm so saddened to hear of Carolyn's passing! I remember Carolyn from nursing school. She was a kind, caring and compassionate person. We didn't cross paths very often at the hospital, but when we did, we'd always pause to catch up a bit. She was always ready with a smile! My deepest condolences on her passing and I pray God's comfort, peace and strength to her family and friends

The day I met Carolyn, the room lit up and I knew she was someone that lit up my soul and would understand me. She gave me a better understanding of life and everything that it throws at us, she taught me that we can’t control life but we can react and based on those reactions and a glass of wine - we will get through whatever it maybe. Carolyn holds a very special place in my heart and will be sadly missed and I am forever grateful to have known her the way I did.

Aunt Carolyn was such a lively, fun person who instantly lifted your spirits just by being around you. She always had a big hug to offer every time you saw her. She was welcoming, caring, and had a heart of generosity and empathy for others. She raised three amazing children who all remind me of her in different ways. The last time I saw Carolyn was as she was leaving my parents’ house and I was coming in to drop my son Ezra off. We talked for a few minutes and she met Ezra, and although very brief, I am so glad to have had this final moment with her, and one last hug. I miss her greatly but cherish all the memories I have had with her over the years.

Carolyn was the kind of person who took her place in your heart as soon as you met her. And even though we have not seen one another in years, she still has a place in my heart and spirit. Her faith and her joy and her impish sense of humour will never be forgotten. My heart and spirit is sad even though I know our loss is heaven's gain.

Carolyn had a way of bringing you into the fold with her twinkling eyes and beautiful smile. She had an energy about her that drew you in. I used to joke that she reminded me of Elaine from Seinfeld - so beautiful and fun! When I was a young youth leader it was so lovely to hear the pride in her voice when she spoke of and asked about her children. Such love for them and a strong faith that she shared.
