Obituary of Eileen Carol Hessel (Chemney)

After a long battle with COPD, Eileen passed away peacefully in her sleep on July 22, 2023, in her 80th year. Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt. Mother to Denyse (Ron), Debbie and Shelly. Grandma to Stacy, Michael, Joey, Carsen and Jayden. Sister to Francis, Helen, Carl and Bill. Predeceased by her parents, Gladys and Arnold. To our Mom, Mamma, Mommsy, Mamma Sita: We will always remember and cherish your love of camping, playing Loo, playing loud music on Saturday mornings while you cleaned (and woke us up)! Your lead foot (while driving), your love of Motown music and how much you loved us when life wasn’t always easy.
