Obituary of Patrick Arnold Wood

It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of Patrick Arnold Wood. Born in 1961 in London to Jack and Joan Wood. Dear husband of Nancy for 36 years ... loving Father to Jaime, Carly(Elliott) and Caleb. Fun loving Grampy to Cole, Blake, Evangeline, Maxine and Marlowe. Dear brother to Brian, Mike, Sandy, Tim and Susan. Owner operator of Pinewood Horticulture for over 25 years. A company he built and ran with honesty and integrity. He was the hardest working member on any of his crews. Patrick had a passion for auto racing since 1981 when he bought his first street stock car. Racing different classes of cars at many different race tracks. Passing his passion onto his son Caleb. Patrick had an extraordinary heart. His heart was full of compassion, forgiveness, gratefulness and generosity. He shared those gifts with family, friends, neighbours and his Pinewood employees. He was known for being able to outlast all who ventured into the sauna with him up at the Haliburton Cottage.
