Obituary of Ruth Anne Pfaff

Passed away peacefully per her wishes at her eldest daughter’s home, in London on October 5th, 2024, in her 62nd year surrounded by close family and her dogs Oaklee & Sophie. Beloved wife of Ervin Pfaff. Loving mother of Kristen Herron & Hilary Herron and stepmother of Skye Pfaff & Erin Pfaff. Dear daughter of Gladys Bechler and predeceased by her dear father, Ivan Bechler. Lifelong friends of Jim, Sway & Jenny. Ruth genuinely loved her job and her past/present coworkers; Brad, Ryan & Tiffany just to name a few, who continued to check up on her and her family. Ruth’s words of encouragement through this time were ‘only the good die young’. She did not wish for anyone to feel sorry for her, she fought as hard and for as long as she could. For those reasons, she did not request any kind of funeral service. Cremation has taken place. Her close family will advise at a later date if a celebration of life will take place once we have processed this devastating news. In the meantime, please raise a shot of tequila or a glass of room temperature white wine in Ruth’s memory. Heaven gained a very ambitious and determined angel who was taken from us far too early.
